Welcome to the website of EVM Europe, the European organization to bring practitioners and researchers together to share new ideas, to stimulate innovative research and to advance the state-of-the-art and best practices on project control. At EVM Europe, research meets practice at our yearly conferences. After Geneva (Switzerland), Ghent (Belgium), Valencia (Spain) and Twente (The Netherlands), EVM Europe moves back to its origin. It is our pleasure to let you know that the fifth annual EVM Europe conference will be held at Ghent, Belgium, on December 3-4, 2013.

October, 21, 2013: Earned Schedule, 10 years after, and a state-of-the-art overview of the recent research projects can be found here. This, and much more, will be discussed at EVM Europe 2013.
October, 15, 2013: ORASTalks is the app by and for students and professionals who are interested in Integrated Project Managemement and Control. Available for free at the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.
September, 22, 2013: A second call for papers and participants has been sent. Moreover, the new promotion folder of EVM Europe 2013 is now available online. Download it here.
September, 18, 2013: The keynote speakers are known and posted on our website. In this anniversary edition, an overview of the Earned Schedule technique (10 years!) and the resulting research projects will be given by two of our colleagues and close friends, Stephan and Walt.
September, 1, 2013: The logo of one of our sponsors has been updated due to the recent acquisition (and is now called Deltek|Acumen).
Augustus 24, 2013: PMI Belgium is partner again of EVM Europe 2013. Members of PMI Belgium can join our event at a reduced rate.
July, 15, 2013: In order to celebrate our fifth anniversary, two keynote speakers have agreed to talk about their view on the past years. Walt Lipke (US) will talk about his developments and the collaborations with Europe. Board member Stephan Vandevoorde (Belgium) will take a look back to talk about the European accomplishments, in collaboration with the US. More news later.

May, 10, 2013: A first invitation letter for speakers, participants and sponsors has been sent to our EVM Europe database.
March, 26, 2013: On the Governance and Controls Symposium being held in Canberra on 10th of April, 2013, the opening keynote address is going to be conducted by the Deputy Chief of the Royal Australian Navy, Rear Admiral Michael van Balen on behalf of the Chief of Navy.
March, 5, 2013: Five observations on the company training about "Dynamic Scheduling: Integrated Project Controls", the theme of the EVM Europe conference, at Vilnius, Lithuania with well experienced project managers here.
February 25, 2013: First update of the EVM Europe website. The conference will be held at the beautiful location "Het Pand". Previous conferences will be put under "Past Events" and is under construction.
January 23, 2013: Due to unavailability of rooms, the EVM Europe 2013 has been rescheduled to December 3-4, 2013 (one day earlier).
