Call for abstracts (2013)

The EVM conference where research meets practice: EVM Europe 2013 will propose a balanced combination of technical presentations, training and an academic track on the project control and performance measurement theme. We hereby invite you to submit an academic paper or a position paper on one of the conference areas to be presented during the practitioner or academic track conference.

Conference areas

The Conference Areas include, but are not limited to:
  • Advances in project scheduling techniques
  • Optimization of project resource allocation
  • Integrative Earned Value Management (EVM) and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) studies
  • Innovative and integrated project control models
  • Project monitoring and performance measurement models
  • Cases and lessons learned in the implementation of EVM in projects 
  • Computer applications of EVM
  • Time and cost project buffer management
  • Optimal allocation of project management reserves
  • Project performance stability studies

Abstract submission

Speakers can submit short or extended abstracts (see templates). All abstracts will be evaluated by the organizing committee and will be published in the conference proceedings (USB or booklet) upon approval. The deadline for submitting your abstracts is October 31, 2013.  Abstracts should be submitted to gaetane.beernaert@evm-europe.eu.
