All full conference registrations include entry to all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunch. Speaker registration fees can only be applied upon acceptance of the abstract. All information regarding abstract submission can be found on the Call for papers page.

Student rates

Currently enrolled university students may qualify for a students' rate. Please note that this is valid for the conference only, the networking dinner needs to be paid seperately. Please do not register as a student if you are not a student, you will be required to present a valid student ID at the door.

Cancellation conditions

A full refund is possible up until the early bird cut-off (November 1st).
Cancellation after the early bird cut-off will incur a fee amounting to 50% of the registration.
No refund is possible after November 1st.
